Beating is highly disrespectfull and is condemnable. People should get PUNISHMENT who are involve in BEATING child.
Countries Wherever labor is hired on TARGET basis, payment gets due when it is achieved. If it is delayed the employers loose financialy something.
The problem in country like Bangladesh is that poverty and unemployment prevails which tend parents to send their CHILD to earn something. When they go for JOB falls victim of such injustice.
